The interactive helps users understand how challenges can be overcome by adopting the latest digital technologies, and a proven partner.

With Health & Safety being a core value and strategic priority, Teck engaged Metaphor XR to create high-end 3D animations to reconstruct serious incidents that have occurred and share what they have learned from them so that they can be prevented not just internally, but industry-wide.
In 2021, PDAC, a key mining convention, shifted online due to COVID-19. Teck, the main sponsor, partnered with iMakerXR to digitize the Core Shack experience. Using cutting-edge 3D tech and high-res scans, they replicated core samples and Teck employees. Attendees could explore rock models and project data. Its success has extended to many other events.

iMakerXR collaborated with Teck to craft a digital replica of the QB2 project, spanning from the port to the mine. Viewers are invited to explore the expansive grounds of Teck's flagship copper project situated in Chile. This immersive experience encompasses essential elements from the mine, port, and associated infrastructure, offering viewers a comprehensive understanding of the project's scope.
